9/25 Fitness Goals

Weight - 158.4

We traveled yesterday, so it was a bit of a crazy day.

Food:
Breakfast:
  • Coffee with milk - 20
  • Muffin (140) + egg (80) + 1/2 laughing cow (20) - 240

Lunch:
  • Small quiznos sandwich (375) & salad (350) - 725

Dinner: (We were at my Dad's party)
  • Wine - 350
  • Shot - 100
  • Appetizers - 900
  • Cake - 300
Total calories = 2635. Oh dear sweet mercy.
