9/24 Fitness Goals

Weight = 158.4. Finally, heading back in the right direction!

Food:
Breakfast
  • Coffee with milk - 20
  • English muffin (140) + 1/2 laughing cow (20) + 1/2 tomato (10) + egg (80) - 250
Snack:
  • 10 Cashews - 80
Lunch:
  • Roasted vegetables - 150
  • Nectarine - 60
  • 3 mini cookies - 90
Snack:
  • chocolate milk - 160.
 Dinner:
  • Balsamic chicken with spinach risotto - 350
  • wine - 120
  • Apple - 60
Total calories = 1420

Fruits/Vegetables = 2/4

Exercise = pilates
