12/7 - Fitness & Nutritional Update

Weight = 161.4

Food:
Breakfast:
  • 3 mini pancakes with jelly - 200
  • Coffee with milk - 20
  • breakfast sandwich - 500.
Lunch:
  • soup, bread, & cookie - 850.

Total calories = 1620.
Workout = 30 minutes on the bike, level 12. I have a terrible cold, so I'm not sure if this was such a hot idea, but I desperately need to keep hitting the workouts to hit my goal for the year.
