Breakfast:
  • english muffin + 1/2 laughing cow + egg - 220
  • coffee with milk - 20
Lunch:
  • 1/2 Chipotle burrito bowl - 350
  • chips & guacamole - 150

snack:
  • 1/2 latte - 40
Dinner:
  • appetizers + drinks - 200
  • salad + 1 mini appetizer taco + edamame - 300
  • wine - 200

Total calories = 1480

No workout. Believe it or not, still sick.
