2/23 - Fitness & Nutrition

I need to lose my post-vacation blues & get back on track. My goal is to be at 150 by the end of March. I know I can do this! I'm going to work on a 1400 calorie (or less) diet for the next few weeks, as well as working out 5x/week. I know I can do this!

Weight = 158

Food:
english muffin + cream cheese + egg - 230
coffee + milk + fiber - 30

Snack:
muffin - 160

Lunch:
spinach pasta + fresh tomato + parmesan - 300
edamame - 160
apple - 40

Snack:
mini Lara bar (Tropical Fruit Tart flavor)- 100
Dinner:
Wine - 80
Asparagus, broccoli & lasagna - 300
Cheese - 100

Total = 1500

Fruit/Vegetables = 1/6

No workout
