2/14 - Fitness & Nutrition

Happy Valentine's Day!

Weight = 156. Getting frustrated by my lack of progress, but holding on. I know I'm eating well & making good choices, so it's just a matter of time before my work is reflected on the scale. :-)

Food:
Breakfast:
yogurt + granola + fruit - 250
coffee + milk + fiber - 30

Snack:
muffin - 160
cheese - 100

Lunch (out with MR):
cobb salad + bread - 400
wine - 120

Snack:
chex mix + crackers + 1/2 serving cottage cheese - 200

Dinner:
1 pc pizza + edamame - 300


Total = 1560
No workout
