2/2 - Fitness & Nutrition

Weight = 156.4  - down .4 lbs since yesterday. I'll take it! I'm only 3.4 lbs from my weight when I got pregnant with baby #2.

 
Food:
Breakfast:
  • 3/4 english muffin + 1/2 laughing cow + morningstar sausage - 220
  • coffee + fiber + milk - 30

 
Snack:
  • banana chocolate chip muffin - 180

 
Lunch:
  • chicken pasta casserole - 300
  • pineapple - 40
  • cheese - 100

Snack:
  • chex mix - 300
  • small scone - 150

Dinner
  • pretzels (feeling sick) - 200
 
Total = 1520
No workout
