Weight = 159.4. Down just a smidge from yesterday.

Food:
Breakfast:
  • 1/2 wheat pita (120) + 1/2 laughing cow (20) + morningstar sausage (80) - 220
  • coffee with milk - 20

Snack:
  • granola bar - 180

Lunch:
  • tomato paella - 300
  • Apple - 60
Snack:
  • Cashews/almonds - 160. Dinner:
  • Cosmopolitan - 200
  • parmesan bread - 175
  • Spaghetti bolognese - 300
Total calories = 1615

Fruits/Vegetables = 1/3.
No workout.
