Food:
Breakfast:
1 fiber wrap + 1/2 chicken sausage + egg + spinach - 260
coffee + milk + fiber - 30

Pre-workout snack:
Greek yogurt - 110

Lunch:
wrap + hummus + cheese + tomato + cucumber - 280
apple - 80
1 protein bar - 190

Dinner:
spinach salad with feta, cucumber, tomato, & balsamic chicken - 300
wine - 80

Total = 1330
Fruit/Vegetables - 1/6

Workout:
ran 1 mile + 25 minutes on the elliptical = 40 minutes of cardio
10 minutes of stretching.
