I made a peanut butter granola & blueberry muffins for breakfast this week. Yum!
Dinner:
- Monday - I'll be out to dinner for work, but I made extra balsamic chicken & tomato paella for M. Balsamic chicken recipe to come this week - it's one of our favorites.
- Tuesday - Tacos.
- Wednesday - Sauteed tilapia with honey scallion dressing and pasta with fresh tomato sauce & parmesan (freezer).
- Thursday - Lubia Polo.
- Friday - Cashew crusted chicken with basil pineapple rice.
- Saturday - Barbecued salmon & rice
- Sunday - Various leftovers from the fridge, as we'll be getting home late in the evening.
