Q&A - what is your favorite healthy snack? I'm currently loving hummus & carrots, edamame, or cheese. Cheese .. . yum. :-)

coffee + milk + fiber - 30
Snack:
Luna bar - 190
Lunch:
1/2 piece bread, hummus, salad, cottage cheese - 400
small serving frozen yogurt + 1 tbsp mini m&ms - 100
Dinner:
Leftover chicken pastina - 300
roasted brussel sprouts - 60
plum - 40
small salad with light dressing - 50
Total = 1380
Fruit/Vegetables = 2/4
